Oswegatchie man charged with menacing, criminal possession of weapon

FINE — An Oswegatchie man was charged with menacing Oct. 6, according to state police. 

Charles A. Allen, 49, was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 5:20 p.m. officers said. 

His custody status is unknown at this time and Clifton-Fine Daily News will provide additional details as needed.
