Oswegatchie man accused of drug possession in Fine

FINE — An Oswegatchie man was charged with drug possession Oct. 5, according to state police. 

Edwin C. Dowlin, 49, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 11:30 a.m. officers said. 

He was cited and released.
